We designed and built this simple, fun, brochure-style website for Dino’s Pizza in Traverse City, Michigan. The goal was not to overcomplicate things. Dino’s needed a website that looked good, loaded quickly, showed people the essentials, and helped hungry customers do what they came to do: order pizza.
Instead of building a large, complicated site, we whittled the navigation down to four basic pages: Order Food, Specials & Deals, View Menu, and basic location/contact information. The result was a compact, practical website that worked as both an online brochure and a real ordering tool for the restaurant.
At the time, this was exactly the kind of website a local restaurant needed. It gave Dino’s Pizza a strong online presence, made their menu easy to find, highlighted their specials, showed their location, and made the phone number impossible to miss. The design was bold, colorful, and full of personality — just like a neighborhood pizza shop should be.

The website helped present Dino’s as a local Traverse City pizza favorite, with an emphasis on their family-owned history, their menu, and their free delivery service. For a small business, that kind of clarity matters. People do not want to hunt for a menu or dig through a confusing website when they are trying to order dinner. They want the basics right away: what you sell, where you are, how to order, and why they should choose you.
Dino’s Pizza was very happy with the finished website. One of the quotes we heard was simple and direct: “It’s awesome!”
In addition to getting a great new website, Dino’s Pizza also had great pizza — and at the time, they were the only place in Traverse City offering free pizza delivery. The site gave them a bright, memorable online home and helped customers connect with the restaurant quickly and easily.
Call ’em up, order a pizza, and tell the owner, Bill Nall, that you love the site.
